Question

The backend responded with an error when I try to change DNS of my domain

I recently changed nameserver of my domain from godaddy to digitalocean.

But I can’t change dns of my domain, because it just returns message “The backend responded with an error” and nothing changes.

I opened developer console in chrome and checked, there was errors.
All error are “Failed to load resource”.
First error is 401, and destination was “/vender-portal/…/check-access”.
When I open that url it returns {"error":"team does not have access to vendor portal","code":16,"message":"team does not have access to vendor portal"}
The rest of errors are code 403 (I think that’s because of first check-access error) and it’s raised when I tried to modify a dns.

Is there a solution for this?
I also tried to rollback nameservers, but I think it’s impossible since changing nameserver is also returning 403.
