Hello, @pietroestrada
Could you please make sure that your web server (Apache or Nginx) is up and running? You can check this either from WHM or via the command line:
In WHM just navigate to Server Status --> Service Status and then you can check if httpd is up and running.
Via the command line you can check the following using netstat :
netstat -plunta | grep httpd
and if you’re runnign nginx
netstat -plunta | grep nginx
Additionally you can check the status of both services using systemctl :
systemctl status httpd
and for nginx
systemctl status nginx
If you do not receive any output you can try restarting the services:
systemctl restart httpd
or
systemctl restart httpd
Also if you’re running PHP-FPM restart this one as well:
/scripts/restartsrv_apache_php_fpm
This should help you to resolve the issue if the web server of PHP-FPM is having issues with the pools. Please let me know how it goes.
Hope this helps!
Regards, Alex
