Hi, I recently setup a new app using Django on DigitalOcean app platform. When developing locally, I run python manage.py makemigrations
and these are included in git. When I push to git and DigitalOcean redeploys my app, I still have to go into the console and run python manage.py migrate
. Is this something I can automate, and if so, how?

There is no reason to have the readers of this thread open two other pages and watch a YouTube video for such a simple answer.
