Centos 8 not updating

So indeed I’ve managed to recreate the issue. This is coming from the fact that when you create a new CentOS Droplet and then try to update it with the
dnforyumupdatecommand you are updating the rpm package as well causing differences in the rpm version trying to unpackage rpm files thus coming with an error like :I’ve reported this however for the time being what you can do is to update rpm alone and then do the dnf update on all packages;

Found the solution for this, it seems that the main CentOS 8 repo has been deprecated and moved to the archive, so I have replaced the standard urls in the repo files for CentOS 8 like this: check your OS version and replace the
8.3.2011part with your OS version:Then yum updated with no issues and conflicts.
