CentOS : How to allow incomming outside connection to specific port?

Hello, I’m newbie and I already find the solution but not any luck.
I am trying to use MongoDB on CentOS (running on port : 27017) but I try to use mongoDB’s client such as Nosqlclient,ROBO 3T and it is not connect. It is said ‘connection refuse’ so I think it is because my CentOS server is not allow incomming outside connection on port 27017.
My question is how I can allow it?
This is the result when I use : netstat -tplun
Active Internet connections (only servers)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State PID/Program name
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:27017 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 11506/mongod

Your MongoDB server is listening for connection from localhost only which means you need to login to the server and use
127.0.0.1as server address when running the client.To allow remote connections you must setup
bind_ipin COnfiguration file to the IP address of your droplet then restart MongoDBcheck this page for more info about
bind_ip.Hope this helps.
