I am getting pg_dump version mismatch when trying migrate database?
12.3
on app platform vs 14.3
on my machine.
Since we cannot install stuff on app container how to mitigate this issue without down grading pg_dump
on dump generated machine or commit my local binaries to the repo.
This is actually pretty problematic because DO support Postgres 14 but app platform containers have older client tools.

For now just changing the version comment does work, but I think it is better to have version 14
of pg client tools installed natively, since changing pg_dump
comment of major versions of client tools may have bad consequences.
