I have been using Cloudways since few weeks and have found no issues yet, instead the speed is excellent.
I have been a client for almost the entire year and the service has been nothing less than perfect. I get instant solutions for every query i’ve had every time. The server managment site makes it all a lot easier.!
Wasn’t really a huge fan, wasn’t much convinced with the prices either but with the kind of support team they have, its all worth it. Earlier i decided not to continue for more than a year and move my site but now i might continue for next coming years as far as their support team is as responsive as they are today.
