Can batch modify file permissions in spacing?

This would depend on the tool that you are using, but for example, if you are using Cyberduck, you should be able to do this by following the steps here:

1. Open Cyberduck and connect to your DigitalOcean Space.
2. Click on the first object in the bucket to select it.
3. Scroll down to the last object in the bucket, hold the Shift key, and click on the last object to select all objects in the bucket.
4. Click on the gear icon at the top, and then click ‘Info.’
5. Check if ‘Everyone’ is listed under ‘Grantee’: a. If ‘Everyone’ is listed, click on the settings icon to the right of ‘Everyone’ and change the permission to ‘Read.’ This will apply the ‘Read’ permission to all selected objects. b. If ‘Everyone’ is not listed, click the gear icon at the bottom of the ‘Info’ window and then click ‘Everyone’ to add it as a grantee. Follow the previous step to change the permission for all objects to ‘Read.’
